A few honest limits on what we can and cannot promise. The Site at froshix.com is owned and operated by Akea, LLC. This page works alongside our Terms of Service. Short version: we stand behind our service and our files, but we cannot control what authors wrote, what device you read on, or how your email provider handles our messages.

Product Disclaimer

Every title here is a digital book delivered as a PDF. We describe each one as accurately as we can, with these caveats:

  • Cover art, pagination, and layout in a digital edition may differ from a printed edition of the same title. The text is the edition described on the product page.
  • Page counts, file sizes, and publication data come from publisher records and may contain small inaccuracies.
  • Cover images may render slightly differently across screens.
  • Sample pages and previews, where offered, are illustrative and may not reflect the final file exactly.
  • Genuinely corrupted, incomplete, or wrongly delivered files are fully covered by our Refund Policy.

Content Disclaimer

This one matters for a bookstore, so we will say it plainly:

  • The views, opinions, claims, and advice inside any book we sell belong to its author and publisher, not to us. Selling a title is not an endorsement of its contents.
  • Books are sold for reading and entertainment. Nothing in any book, including biographies, memoirs, or any title touching on health, money, or law, is professional medical, financial, or legal advice from us. For decisions in those areas, consult a qualified professional.
  • Some titles, particularly in mystery, thriller, and graphic novels, may contain mature themes, violence, or strong language. Check the product page and publisher's age guidance before buying, especially for younger readers. A digital file has no shrink wrap and no age gate at the point of reading, so parental judgement matters here.

Technical Disclaimer

Digital delivery depends on systems none of us fully control:

  • We test our files, but we cannot guarantee that every PDF will open flawlessly in every reader, plugin, or e-ink device ever made. We will always help you get a file working.
  • Delivery emails can be delayed or filtered by your provider. If a link does not arrive, that is fixable, and we fix it. See our Delivery Policy.
  • We do not promise the Site, our download servers, or our payment processors will be uninterrupted or error-free.
  • Keep your own backup of purchased files. We restore access wherever we can, but a personal copy is the only guarantee.

Copyright and Piracy

Every file sold here is licensed from its rights holder for digital distribution. If you believe a title is offered without authorisation, email admin@froshix.com and we will remove it while we investigate. Files bought here are watermarked and licensed for personal use only; redistributing one is copyright infringement and ends your licence without refund.

No Physical Products

Froshix does not sell, print, ship, or stock physical books. Any reference to shipping, carriers, tracking, or packaging elsewhere on the internet does not apply to orders placed here. Nothing arrives by mail.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Akea, LLC and its members, officers, employees, and partners are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or our products, and our total liability for any claim is capped at what you actually paid for the order in question. The full provision, including the consumer-protection exceptions that preserve your rights, is in our Terms of Service. This is a summary, and the Terms control if they differ.

Affiliate Disclosure

Right now, froshix.com contains no affiliate links and earns no commissions from linking elsewhere. If that changes, say a reading-list post that earns us a commission, we will mark it clearly where it appears and update this disclosure. Either way, it would never change the price you pay.

Updates are posted here with a fresh "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the current version.
