Ordering & Books
What kinds of books do you sell? Physical books across genres — comics and graphic novels, biographies and memoirs, mystery and thrillers to start, with more shelves coming as we grow.
Will my copy look exactly like the photo? Almost always — but publishers reissue books, so occasionally a cover design or printing differs from the image while being the same title and edition described. Details in our Disclaimer.
Are your books suitable for kids? Some are, some aren't — mystery, thrillers, and certain graphic novels can carry mature themes. Check the product page and the publisher's age guidance before buying for younger readers.
Can I change or cancel my order? Free within 24 hours of ordering. After that it's usually with our fulfillment center — email admin@froshix.com anyway and we'll try.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does delivery take? Most orders arrive in 6 to 9 business days: 1–2 days of handling plus 5–7 days in transit, counted Monday–Friday. Full breakdown in our Shipping Policy.
Where do orders ship from? From within the US — no international transit, no customs.
How much is shipping? Free on orders of $139 or more; flat $5.99 under that. The exact figure shows at checkout before you pay.
Where do you ship? US only, excluding Alaska, Hawaii, PO Boxes, and APO/FPO/DPO military addresses. No international shipping yet.
Is there a cut-off time? Yes — 5:00 PM Pacific Time, Monday–Friday. Orders after that, or on weekends and holidays, start processing the next business day.
How do I track my order? A tracking number lands in your inbox at shipment. Allow 24–48 hours for first movement; if it stalls for several business days, email us.
Tracking says delivered, but no package? Check porches, mail areas, neighbors, and front desks, then give it 48 hours — carriers sometimes scan early. Still missing, email us within 7 business days of the marked date and we'll open a carrier claim.
Returns & Refunds
What's the return policy? 30 days from delivery. Books must be unread and resellable — no creased spines, bent pages, writing, or highlighting, and shrink wrap intact if it arrived sealed. Full steps in our Refund and Returns Policy.
How do I start a return? Email admin@froshix.com with your order number and reason — don't ship anything before we reply with the return address, which comes by email within one business day.
Is there a restocking fee? $0. Never.
Who pays return shipping? Our error — damaged, defective, or wrong title — we pay, and your original shipping is refunded too. Changed your mind, you cover the return postage.
My book arrived damaged or misprinted. What now? Email us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the book and packaging. Free replacement or full refund, your pick — and in most cases you keep the damaged copy rather than mailing it back.
When does my refund arrive? Inspection takes up to 5–7 business days after your return lands; the refund then hits your original payment method within 5–7 business days, bank depending.
Payment
What payment methods do you accept? Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover via Stripe, plus PayPal. See our Payment Policy.
When am I charged? In full at checkout. Failed payment means no order and no charge.
Is checkout secure? Yes — encrypted, PCI-compliant processing, and your card number never touches our servers. Data handling lives in our Privacy Policy.
Is tax included? Sales tax, where it applies, is calculated automatically at checkout from your shipping address — the checkout total is the final total.
