Thank you for shopping at froshix. This policy outlines the details of our shipping process and timelines for our custom-printed apparel. We ship exclusively within the United States.

1. Order Processing & Fulfillment

Our products are custom-printed on demand in partnership with Printify. This means your item is created specially for you after you place an order.

  • Order Processing Time: All orders are processed within 2-4 business days. This includes printing, quality control, and packaging.

  • Operating Hours: We process orders from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM Pacific Time (PT).

  • Order Cut-Off Time: 06:00 PM Pacific Time (PT), Monday – Friday.

2. Shipping Time & Total Delivery Estimate

  • Shipping Time: Once processed, your order is shipped. Please allow 5 to 7 business days for shipping.

  • Total Estimated Delivery Time: Total Delivery Time = Processing Time (2-4 business days) + Shipping Time (5-7 business days). You can typically expect your order to arrive within 7 to 11 business days.

3. Shipping Rates & Carriers

  • Shipping Rates:

    • Orders over $199 receive Free Shipping.

    • Orders under $199 will be charged a flat rate of $7.99.

  • Carriers: We partner with major, reliable carriers to fulfill your orders. These include USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, and their shipping affiliates. The specific carrier used for your order will be chosen by our fulfillment partner to ensure the most efficient delivery.

4. Order Tracking

A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has shipped. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to become active.

5. Shipping Areas & Restrictions

  • Shipping Area: We currently only ship to addresses within the United States.

  • Shipping Restrictions: We do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO/DPO military addresses. Please provide a physical street address for delivery.

6. Taxes & Other Fees

  • Taxes: Sales tax is not included in our prices. Sales tax will be calculated and added to your total at checkout based on your shipping address, as required by law.

  • Handling Charges: We do not charge any additional handling fees. The shipping fee is the only charge applied besides the product cost and applicable taxes.

7. Order Issues

  • Address Changes & Accuracy: It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a correct and complete shipping address. Please contact us immediately if you need to change an address. We cannot change the address once the order has been shipped.

  • Damaged or Lost Items: If you receive a damaged item, or if your item is lost in transit, please contact us at contact@froshix.com within 7 days of the delivery date (or expected delivery date).

  • Issue Resolution Time: We are committed to resolving all delivery-related issues promptly. Please allow 5-7 business days for us to investigate and resolve your case.

  • Delays Outside Our Control: We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, severe weather, or other unforeseen circumstances outside of our control.
