ORDERING & SHIPPING

1. How long will it take to receive my order?

Our total estimated delivery time is 7 to 11 business days. This includes our production time (2-4 business days) plus shipping time (5-7 business days).

2. Why does my order take a few days to be shipped?

Because every item is custom-printed just for you! We are a print-on-demand brand, which means we don’t hold pre-made stock. After you place an order, it enters our production queue to be printed and packaged. This ensures you receive a freshly made, high-quality product.

3. How much does shipping cost?

We offer a flat shipping rate of $7.99 for all orders under $199. For orders of $199 or more, shipping is FREE!

4. How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to become active.

5. Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship to addresses within the United States. We do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

PRODUCTS & SIZING

6. How do I choose the right size?

This is very important! To find your perfect fit, please refer to the detailed sizing chart located on each product page. We highly recommend measuring a favorite shirt you own and comparing it to our chart’s dimensions.

7. What is the quality of your apparel?

Our designs are printed on high-quality, soft apparel using the Direct-to-Garment (DTG) method. This results in a vibrant print that is soft to the touch and breathable.

8. How should I care for my printed apparel?

To keep your item looking its best, we recommend washing it inside-out with cold water and tumbling dry on a low setting. Avoid using bleach or ironing directly on the print.

RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS

9. What is your return policy?

We offer a generous 30-day return policy. If you’re not happy with your order for any reason, you can return it within 30 days of delivery.

10. I ordered the wrong size / I changed my mind. Can I return it?

Yes, absolutely! We accept returns for changes of mind and incorrect size choices. Please note that in these cases, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

11. What if my item is damaged or incorrect?

If you receive a damaged, misprinted, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at contact@froshix.com. We will take full responsibility and arrange for a replacement or refund at no cost to you, including covering all shipping fees.

12. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

You have a 12-hour window after placing your order to request changes or a cancellation. After this time, your order is automatically sent to our production partner to begin the custom printing process and cannot be modified. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make a change.

Our unique designs are created with love by our talented team in Vietnam. To ensure high quality and fast shipping for our US customers, all our apparel is printed and shipped directly from our trusted partners in the United States.
