Refund and Returns Policy

At froshix, your satisfaction is our top priority. We have a straightforward 30-day return policy to ensure you have the best possible shopping experience.

1. Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for any eligible item.

2. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns for all apparel items for nearly any reason, including:

  • You received a damaged, defective, or misprinted product.

  • You received the wrong item (e.g., wrong size, wrong color, or wrong design).

  • You changed your mind.

  • The item does not fit as expected (e.g., you ordered the wrong size).

3. Condition of Returned Items

All returned items must be in their original condition: new, unworn, and unwashed, with all original tags and packaging intact.

4. How to Return or Exchange an Item

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our support team at contact@froshix.com within the 30-day return window.

  2. In your email, please include your Order Number and the Reason for Return.

  3. Our team will provide you with detailed instructions and the return shipping address.

5. Return Shipping Costs

  • Our Error: If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect), we will cover the full cost of return shipping by providing a prepaid shipping label.

  • Customer’s Choice: If the return is due to a change of mind or an incorrect size being ordered by the customer, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

6. Refunds

  • Refund Time: Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 3-5 business days.

  • Return Method: Your refund will be credited to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take some additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

7. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

8. Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards.

  • Items that are not in their original condition (worn, washed, or damaged by the customer).

  • Items returned without prior authorization from our support team.

9. Order Changes & Cancellations

You may request a change or cancellation to your order within 12 hours of placing it. After this 12-hour window, the order enters the automated production queue with our print-on-demand partner, and we are unable to make any changes or cancellations. Please contact us immediately at contact@froshix.com if you need to modify your order.

10. Refused or Undeliverable Packages

Packages that are refused by the recipient or returned to us as undeliverable will be processed as a return. The customer will be refunded for the product cost, but the original shipping fee is non-refundable.

11. Restocking Fee

We do not charge any restocking fees.
